Do you offer same-day delivery?
All of our items are shipped through Canada Post. You will have the option to pay extra for faster delivery if preferred. Purchases over $100.00 receive free shipping.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do but shipping rates will vary based on destination and weight of order. Please contact us if you are ordering Internationally.
Can I track my item?
Yes, all purchases can be tracked with a tracking number that we can provide.
Do you sell gift cards?
Absolutely we do!! We would love for you to purchase a gift card for a loved one or friend. Just head on over to our gift card page and customize the amount as well as the message you want to send your recipient.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and gift cards purchased through us.
Do you do custom orders?
Send us an email detailing your order that you would like customized and we will get back to you. We try our very best to customize orders for our customers and make them unique when possible to do so.
How long does it take for custom orders?
That depends on the order. When you order a custom item, we will contact you to confirm and we will let you know at that time when your item should be completed and shipped.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
All sales are final but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send me an email detailing the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will do our best to come up with a solution that works for both of us.
What if my item breaks?
Please send us an email with a picture if the item and where it is broken. That will help me determine if it is something I can fix or if it needs to be replaced. All purchases are packed sufficiently as fragile items when shipped. We do our very best to protect your purchase, even during transit, but we understand these things can happen.
